Federal
Canada announces the death of a prisoner who has died of natural causes by an illness but does not disclose whether it is COVID-related.

Ontario
The Province issued several new orders under its Emergency Management and Civil Procedure Act (EMCPA):
O. Reg. 114/20 - ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT - ENFORCEMENT OF ORDERS
O. Reg. 106/20 - ORDER MADE UNDER THE ACT - EXTENSIONS AND RENEWALS OF ORDERS
O. Reg. 105/20 - ORDER MADE UNDER THE ACT - EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY
Notably, Individuals will be required to provide correct identification promptly if an officer has reasonable and probably grounds there is violation of an order under EMCPA. I wrote concerns here.
