Naomi Sayers is a litigator and advocate. Naomi is presently based out of Toronto, Ontario with files across Ontario and Canada. She has experience in Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.

Her litigation practices focuses solely on: 

• Health Litigation

• Criminal Litigation 

• Civil Litigation

Naomi takes on some trial-level matters if there is a precedent-setting or public interest element to your matter.

Naomi does not:

• Practice family law/child protection, MVA, certain wills/estates matters and certain kinds of DV cases;

• Offer free consultations, or work on pro bono or contingency.

 

Clients expecting to retain Naomi that have a short turnaround or impeding court deadline require a retainer of significant value.

Naomi enjoys working with individuals of various backgrounds and lived experiences. Outside of her practice, Naomi spends time with her co-counsel Charlie (not an actual lawyer), hiking, traveling and mentoring young professionals.
