Naomi Sayers is a passionate lawyer dedicated to protecting people’s rights, reputations, and voices.
Known for challenging injustice, Naomi uses her past experiences in the sex industry as an international escort to high-powered executives, public figures and powerful clients in the military and legal field to guide her practice. She values privacy and safety, which applies to her clients and work. 

 
Her advocacy is rooted in fairness, accountability, and a commitment to creating meaningful change.
When she steps away from work, Naomi’s loves to travel, run and building a better relationship with her service dog, Charlie. Charlie donates blood to help other canines and is a rescue from Sault Ste Marie Humane Society.

Sealing Orders
 

Naomi secured a precedent setting sealing order and publication ban affirming that stigmatized work may be reason to seal a court file or impose a publication ban.

Guns & Drugs
 

Naomi represents people charged with guns and drugs offences. Some outcomes include:

  • 5 months with 13/15 gun charges withdrawn;

  • Acquittal on 11 charges with nearly a million dollar value on guns & drugs;

  • ​Various Charter challenges

Injunctions
 

Naomi successfully represented a First Nation's Business challenging a First Nations government decision to not provide funding during COVID.  Naomi has also successfully filed an injunction against a police force that was not dismissed for being frivolous nor vexatious.

Police Litigation & Investigations

Naomi successfully defended a frivolous and vexatious claim by a police force. Naomi works with teams of investigators and experts to secure information maintained by police. Other lawyers retain Naomi to complete advisory counsel work. 

Sexual Assault & False Allegations

Naomi defends others against sexual assault and false allegations. Naomi has also secured non-custodial sentences and/or discharges (ie. no record after a certain time) when clients are convicted. Some outcomes include:
